Spirituality is more than doing yoga and pronouncing mantras in a forest retreat.

Everyday life is most demanding than ever, and it challenges us to watch our temper and reactions to people’s anger and lack of empathy at work, in our neighborhood, and even within our households.

To follow a spiritual path, we have to observe our bodies while our feet are well-grounded, not necessarily on a lawn, but on a metropolis’s harsh concrete streets.

We are spirit and flesh merged into unique beings.  Our spirit will yell out through illnesses, insomnia, anxiety, and general unrest if our bodies are conflicted.
