We need to recover our health.

Both physical and mental.

The virus has left many people with aftereffects of the disease.

Many of us realized how important it is to be fit and to exercise at least 3 days a week.  Forget about abs, good looks and a tight butt.   It is no longer about looks.  The thinner and healthier we are, the most protected against the present and future pandemics.

We have to take those skates and jumping ropes out of the closet.

Stop drinking alone in our apartments using the excuse of bars closed. Our health is at stake.

Meditation and our yoga mats are waiting for us.

Let us not disappoint them.  Our fitness items need to see the light too…
