I wonder why they call it substance use disorder.
My cousin was a very organized dude.
He was on cocaine. But strangely, his room was neat and his car was always clean.
He once invited my a line of coke at a party, but I declined.
More out of fear that because of being a very healthy and stable person.

He loved kitchens. He was so tidy, that before sniffing a line over the microwave, he cleaned it up, along with the stove!
He could have snorted his lines at the living room, or at the basement. Pretty much anywhere, because my uncle and aunt were never home.
That said, I never notice any disorder in his 5 year-long substance use disorder…
