Some people have really bad breath.
I remember having a female colleague who dressed very elegant and was quite a snob, but, surprisingly, she neglected her mouth. Maybe she drank too much and didn´t brush her teeth…
I don´t even want to think about a first responder having to give her mouth to mouth breathing in case she ever -God forbids- suffered a seizure or just fainted.

We gave kept offering her mints, but she didn´t seem to understand the reason.
So, we just held our breaths waived at her from a great distance, and kept working…
